The founders and promoters of AVONE are primarily technocrats than businessmen. The Directors of the company, Mr. A.K. Verma and Mr. Vipin K. GOEL are qualified Electrical Engineers having worked with reputed organizations like M/S CIMMCO BIRLA LIMITED & M/S McNally BHARAT CO. LTD. The brainchild to form this company came after acquiring vast experience in all the activities related to this field by putting in several years in some of the major organizations manufacturing Custom - Built Low Tension Switchgear. The Vice President of the company is an electrical engineer having more than thirty six (36) years experience in execution of large scale projects in a leading prime contracting company namely M/s Engineering Projects (India) Ltd. As a result of this experience, we are quite conversant with the specific requirements of Power Plants; Sugar Mills; Paper Projects; Cement Plants / Projects; Chemical & Process Plants; Tyre Plants and various other Industries. We have dealt with almost all the consultants in India like EIL, DCPL, MECON, H&G, KPGL, Holtec, etc.  We have been manufacturing this equipment in accordance with the specifications of various clients and their consultants
